Hi Lynnette-
ReplyDeleteI applaud your self-awareness and courage in taking on your new Director role. One of my earliest mentors in the advocacy fields once told me that "there are no failures, just outcomes." Sometimes as advocates, as with any skill, we can be our own worst critics. I can tell you are very passionate and driven to do the best you can and I am sure your team will follow in your footsteps. Like you, I also hope to gain understanding and know-how about funding and achieving legislative support-and I look forward to learning thru your lens as well. Great post!
