    I absolutely LOVED your blog post!!! I especially felt the words about the Saint Christopher statue. It has been said by many it gives good luck or blessings...and I believe it! I too would take pictures on my journey so that I could remember my family members and the happy times we had during birthday parties or holidays. I bet you think of your father every time you hear a whistle. Friends may come and go but family is everything!

    I enjoyed reading your blog post. I agree with your post. I agree because a new country, new home and 2of your family’s cultural item gone does not mean the past chapters of our lives are gone well. This does not mean like going come to end when you lost a person or a family member. I learn that people come and go in your life so best thing to do is enjoy them why they are here.

  3. I also believe pics are worth 1000 words. I also chose to take pics or photo album. I also have my cell phone with pics in it. This helps me to relive the moment in the pics.
